  • Can offices be fitted out in Vieux-Lille?

    Yes: Vieux-Lille is a protected conservation area, where brick and stone façades, joinery and signs fall under the Architecte des Bâtiments de France. Buildings in Euralille or La Haute Borne have no such constraint. If your offices receive the public, an ERP works authorisation is added; we prepare the files.
