What we never do
No visit with the end client without you. No capture of the commercial relationship. No hand in the design. The rule is set at the first coordination meeting and written into the contract.
What we carry
Shop-drawing review, occupied-site works management, acoustic and workplace compliance, full traceability in the as-built file. The design signature stays yours; delivery responsibility, schedule and budget are ours.

Will you capture my client after handover?
No. The client relationship stays yours — it is written into the contract.
At what level do you step into the drawings?
Shop-drawing review only, never design. You carry the signature, we carry the delivery.
What about a change request during works?
Traced, priced, validated by you before execution. Nothing goes ahead without your sign-off.
When is a general contractor not the right call?
On a very simple or small operation, separate lots can be enough. We tell you frankly.
