All images published on kytom.com are protected by copyright. Their use is subject to the conditions described below.

1. Intellectual Property

All photographs, 3D renderings, plans and visuals on this site are the exclusive property of Kytom – Design & Build, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These images are protected by:

The French Intellectual Property Code (articles L.111-1 and following)
International copyright conventions
The C2PA standard (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity)

2. Prohibited Uses

Without Kytom’s prior written authorisation, it is strictly forbidden to:

Reproduce, copy or download the images
Modify, transform or create derivative works
Use the images for commercial purposes
Distribute, publish or share the images on other websites
Embed the images in presentations, documents or marketing materials
Use the images on social media without attribution

3. Artificial Intelligence and Model Training

⚠️ FORMAL PROHIBITION

The use of our images for training artificial intelligence models, machine learning or any automated system is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

This prohibition applies to:

Training generative models (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
Training image-recognition models
Data mining and automated data extraction
Indexing by AI crawlers (GPTBot, CCBot, Google-Extended for training)
Any form of machine learning

In accordance with the EU AI Act and the DSM Directive, we exercise our opt-out right regarding text and data mining for commercial purposes.

4. Permitted Uses

The following are permitted without prior request:

Viewing the images on our website
Sharing links to our pages (without reproducing the image)
Quotation for criticism, commentary or journalistic purposes, with full attribution

6. Mandatory Attribution

7. Reporting Unauthorised Use

If you notice unauthorised use of our images, please report it to [email protected] with:

The URL where the image appears
A screenshot
The date it was noticed

8. Penalties

Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement within the meaning of article L.335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code, punishable by:

3 years’ imprisonment and a €300,000 fine
Damages
Destruction of infringing materials

9. Metadata and Traceability

All our images contain:

C2PA Content Credentials – Cryptographic provenance signature
IPTC metadata – Embedded copyright information
Invisible watermark – Traceability even after modification
Unique fingerprint – Identification in our database

Removing this metadata constitutes a violation of article 7 of Directive 2001/29/EC on copyright.
