Our commitment

Every material has a story. We choose the ones that will have a second.

Since 2006, we have been designing workspaces with one conviction: a well-designed office today will be reused, repaired or recycled tomorrow.

Our footprint

Sustainability is not declared. It is proven.

Every material counts. Every choice has an impact. Here is how we measure ours.

We reject the disposable. Since 2019, we have built the circular economy into the heart of every project. Not out of obligation — out of conviction. An office designed well today is an office that can be reused, repaired or recycled tomorrow.

Floor plate nearing handover, Soluxan site in Lyon

Nothing is thrown away; everything is transformed

Circular economy and reuse

We don't strip a site; we dismantle it. Every element removed goes through a diagnostic. The question is never "where to dispose?" but "who can give it a second life?".

Our partner sorts on site and guarantees over 80% recovery. On our most advanced project (12,500 sqm, occupied site): 90% reuse.

Carpet tiles laid without adhesive, reused via Orak Karpet or industrially recycled. Refurbished furniture collected by Valdelia or donated to Emmaüs. Zero landfill.

Measure to reduce, not to communicate

Carbon impact

We integrate the carbon footprint from the design stage: materials in kg CO₂ eq./sqm, transport, waste treatment. These data points inform every specification choice.

A+ low-VOC paints, certified coatings, bio-based materials, recognised eco-labels. Every product is documented with its Environmental Product Declaration.

In line with RE2020, reused components carry zero environmental impact: a concrete lever for every project.

Occupied-site works, Zentiva floor plate in Paris

A clean site is a well-managed site

Responsible construction charter

Many of our interventions take place in occupied premises. This constraint is our discipline.

Adapted working hours, rigorous zoning, noise and dust management, daily cleaning. This is not courtesy; it is a non-negotiable standard.

Every site: health-and-safety plan, training for operatives, monitoring of water and electricity consumption.

Fit-out in the service of inclusion

Social and solidarity economy

We give priority to social-integration organisations and solidarity enterprises (ESUS) for cleaning, handling and sorting on our sites.

Furniture in good condition is directed to Emmaüs and local associations. Give rather than eliminate, employ rather than exclude.

Wooden reception, Pavillon Prévoyance office in Bordeaux

11 offices, zero unnecessary kilometres

Local presence and travel footprint

Eleven offices across the whole of France: our teams operate in direct proximity to the sites they fit out.

Local subcontractors preferred, video conferencing by default. Less travel, more responsiveness.

Local presence is not just a commercial argument; it is an environmental responsibility.

Your requirements are our prerequisites

Environmental certifications

HQE Exploitation, BREEAM, ISO 14001: we incorporate the requirements of each certification from the very first site visit.

Our methods adapt to the environmental management system of each building. Supporting certification means carrying out every intervention in line with the owner's commitments.
