Wood and light, the neighbourhood agency reinvented
In Talence, Pavillon Prévoyance occupies a street-front window: 38 sqm where welcome and advisory spaces are crafted down to the detail, from oak to brass, for a domestic atmosphere.

A consistent material palette, from the shopfront to the tea point
Light oak sets the through-line: flooring, rounded reception desk, wall cladding, kitchenette fronts. It converses with the anthracite of the worktop and the tapware, and a greige zellige splashback laid vertically, underlined by an LED strip. The service column, rather than concealed, is sheathed in brass and embraced as a gesture. The seating reprises the same blue velvet, on copper or blush metal legs.
Shelf objects, textile pendants, capsule mirrors and graphic wallpaper share a single language, coherent from one end of the floor plate to the other.
Welcoming clients in a pocket-sized space
The core work of a neighbourhood agency is the welcome: here people discuss health and provident insurance, sensitive matters. The lounge corner in the shopfront — round armchairs, lacquered pedestal tables, a plant — immediately establishes a domestic atmosphere rather than a counter-based relationship.
The advisory desk sits behind a tinted glazed partition that preserves confidentiality without shutting out the light or the perspective; the carpet muffles the acoustics there while the reception stays on parquet. On such a small surface, the care given to every junction makes you forget the square metres: what stays with you is the mood. The agency was delivered in six weeks.
