Your role in the project

Designing and building your spaces. From the angle that concerns you.

A fit-out project engages several readings at once: financial, operational, real estate, architectural. Depending on your role, you do not enter the subject from the same side. Here is how Kytom joins the conversation, from budget framing to handover.

04 — Frequently asked questions

The questions that keep coming back.

How long does a typical fit-out project take?
Kytom’s reference lead time is 12 weeks between signature and turnkey delivery for a floor plate of around 1,000 sqm. The schedule depends on the scope of works, the building’s constraints and, where applicable, planning permissions.
Who will be my main point of contact?
A single project manager runs your file from brief to handover. They bring together design, works, fit-out and reporting, without multiplying contacts.
Which geographical areas do you cover?
Kytom covers the whole of mainland France through 9 offices (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes, Aix-en-Provence, Lille, Rennes, Dijon) and Spain through the Madrid and Barcelona offices.
How does the first meeting go?
A visit of your site, with no commitment, frames the stakes and orders of magnitude (usable area, cost, schedule) in 90 minutes. You leave with a shared reading of the project and a clear entry point for your role.
