Every project above follows the same standard: a single point of contact from diagnosis to handover, in Design & Build. Kytom has designed and built workspaces since 2006 and has delivered more than 1,200 projects for companies, from headquarters to single-floor fit-outs.

We fit out 50,000 m² per year since 2020, with an average area of 850 m² per project and a benchmark lead time of twelve weeks for 1,000 m². Consulting, architecture, construction and furnishing are brought together across eleven offices in France and Spain, as close as possible to each site.
